Inosio provides a "Vendor Portal" but you do not need to register in order to receive, review, or close work orders from Property Managers via Inosio. The portal offers a holistic view of all of your work orders, invoices, and their current status.
View this article to learn more about the portal and getting linked with your client's (property manager) Inosio account.
Receiving a Work Order
When you're assigned a work order the system will send you a notification. It will generally come from the property manager's email, but it may come from noreply@inosio.com as well.

Click the "View Details" button to open the work order. This will allow you to see additional details like videos, photos, lockbox codes, gate codes, etc.
Accept the Work Order
Accepting the work order let's the property manager know that you've received it and plan to complete the work. This is an important step and should be completed ASAP - otherwise they may send it to another vendor/technician to complete the work.

Mark the Work Order Closed (Upload an Invoice)
Once you've completed the work select the "Work Completed" button to leave work completed notes and upload work completed photos/videos. This ensures that the Property Manager can verify the work was done and can pay your invoice swiftly.

Once you've "closed" the work order the system will ask if you'd like to provide an invoice. If you have one (image, pdf, or spreadsheet) available, you can also upload it and we'll extract the data and provide it to you for your review. Ensure the details are correct and select 'Save'. The attachment and the details are sent to the Property Manager to accept and pay.

Making Changes
If you need to adjust an invoice or the details simply delete the invoice and re-add it with the necessary corrections.
