Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Secure Your Account. Protect Your Own Data.

Why?
Your Inosio account holds sensitive personal and financial information: lease agreements, application data, personal identification details (PII), and tax documents. That makes it a target for scammers and hackers, especially if you've logged in over an unsecured connection, like public Wi-Fi at a café or airport.
If your login is compromised, someone else could gain access to your financial accounts and personal information.
MFA adds a second layer of protection, so a stolen password alone isn't enough for someone to get in.
Best Practices
Other than enabling MFA on your Inosio account, there are a few other best practices that will ensure you're a "hard target".
2. Never reuse your Inosio password anywhere else. Reused passwords are one of the easiest ways for hackers to break in.
If one site gets breached, every account sharing that password is exposed too.
Note: A password manager (like Google, 1Password, Bitwarden, or LastPass) makes this practical by generating and storing strong, unique passwords for you, so you only need to remember one master password. Combined with MFA, it's one of the simplest ways to significantly reduce your risk of a security breach.
How to set up MFA.
There are many free and paid services. Your Authenticator provider is a personal choice. Google Authenticator, Authy, and iPhone's native authenticator are all great choices.
When creating your account in an authenticator app, be sure to save your 'back up keys' securely which you'll need if you ever lose your phone.
Locate the Email & Password section. Select 'Enable MFA'.

It should open your authenticator app.

5. Back in Inosio, select 'Enable MFA' below the QR code.

7. You're all set!
