How to link a new property address to your existing Inosio account.

When a Resident already has an Inosio account, and they move to a new unit or are associated with another rental property that is also managed by their Property Manager (or another Property Manager that also uses Inosio), the Resident will need to re-register with Inosio, linking the new property address to their existing Inosio account. The Property Manager will send you a registration link for the new property. The most important step is to click the button that says "I HAVE AN ACCOUNT". Then input your existing log-in credentials (same email and password you use to sign in to Inosio). This will link the new property to your existing Inosio account. 

Switching Between Different Property Addresses After Linking a New Address to Your Inosio Account:

Once you have re-registered with your new property address, whenever you sign in to your Inosio account you can switch between the property addresses by selecting the drop down arrow in the upper right corner, where your email address appears. When you click on the drop down arrow, you will see the various property addresses associated with your Inosio account. Click on the address you want to navigate to and that will bring you to that property. To update which property is set to the default property that automatically appears when you login to Inosio, click into that property, then to Profile Settings, then select "Make Default" on the right side of the screen.
