Where does my Inosio balance come from?
My Inosio balance is inaccurate.

Inosio is not an accounting platform. We integrate with your Property Manager's accounting software and receive balance data as part of the integration. we attempt to show you your balance in real-time, but we put the "last update date" in your display in case an integration issue causes a stale balance to persist.
My balance is wrong.
If you believe that your Inosio balance is inaccurate you should first view the charge details by sleeting the magnifying glass next to your balance.
If you still believe there is an issue, you will need to follow up with your Property Manager directly, as Inosio cannot update or change your balance.
I have roommates and my balance reflects the whole lease amount.
This is expected. Inosio supports multiple roommates, but due to the legal nature of lease agreements all occupants are responsible for the whole amount of the lease. We are technically showing you the lease balance.
If allowed by your PM settings, you can modify your payment amount and pay the portion that you know you owe. Please understand that you are responsible for the full amount so be sure your roommates are doing their part as well.
